Press feeding devices - Decoilers
Litostroj Ravne is also a producer of press feeding line equipment, able to design and produce conventional or short versions of feeding lines. Together with custom made presses, Litostroj Ravne offers complete variety of solutions, upgraded, conventional or custom made press line equipment.
Decoiler is used when producing sheet metal parts with progressive dies or when making blanks on blanking lines, which are later used for single die or transfer die production setup.
Decoiler is a device on which sheet metal coil is set to be decoiled synchronized with the straightening (or leveling) device, feeder and / or the press. Decoiler operates automatically, usually decoiling is activated and deactivated by loop detecting switch.
