Link drive
With the multi-joint mechanism – Link drive, the emphasis is on the »depth« of the product. The speciality of the multi-joint – link drive mechanism is in modifying the speed of the slide that varies throughout the production cycle of the product, single part. By that, production movement of slide is faster during approach to the working area and appropriately slow during the work phase of slide movement. The result is greater productivity of the press and the press line.
The working surface area of the bolster plates usually vary from 1350×2750 to 3050×7000 mm.
With longer but less frequent slide strokes/min, specific link drive mechanism can produce strokes with nominal force value ranging from 4000–20000 kN.
