Eccentric (Crank) shaft
Eccentric (Crank) shaft type of drive is designed particularly for high-power presses used for smaller and more complex sheet metal products where working cycles with »short« but more frequent slide strokes/min are used. The drive is transmitted via the connecting rod, which is directly mounted on the Eccentric (crank) shaft.
This drive is most commonly integrated in C-shaped smaller presses with nominal force range from 550 to 1250 kN.
The working surface of the bolster plates ranging from 800×1100 to 1500×2750 mm is possible to power up with nominal force of
1000–10000 kN.
